At NexifyLabs (accessible from https://nexifylabs.in/ and https://nexifylabs.in/blog/), the privacy of our visitors and users is of extreme importance to us. This Privacy Policy document outlines the types of personal information that is received and collected by NexifyLabs and how it is used.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information in the following ways:
- Direct Interactions: Name and email address when you contact our support team via our contact forms or email (
support@nexifylabs.in). - Device & Log Information: When you visit our website, our servers automatically log standard data provided by your web browser, such as your IP address, browser type and version, pages visited, time and date of visit, and time spent on each page.
- Locally Processed Files: All files processed through our browser tools (e.g. PDF compression, image resizing, format conversions) are processed entirely client-side inside your web browser. We do NOT upload, view, or store your private documents or images on our servers.
2. Google AdSense & DoubleClick DART Cookies
Google is one of the third-party vendors on our site. It uses cookies, known as DART cookies, to serve ads to our site visitors based upon their visit to nexifylabs.in and other websites on the internet.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to your website or other websites.
- Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to our users based on their visit to our sites and/or other sites on the Internet.
- Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. Alternatively, users can opt out of third-party vendor’s use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting AboutAds.info.
3. Third-Party Advertising Partners
Some of our advertising partners may use cookies and web beacons on our site. Our primary advertising partner is Google AdSense. Third-party ad servers or ad networks use technology in the respective advertisements and links that appear on NexifyLabs, which are sent directly to your browser. They automatically receive your IP address when this occurs. These technologies are used to measure the effectiveness of their advertising campaigns and/or to personalize the advertising content that you see.
Note that NexifyLabs has no access to or control over these cookies that are used by third-party advertisers.
4. Third-Party Privacy Policies
NexifyLabs’s Privacy Policy does not apply to other advertisers or websites. Thus, we advise you to consult the respective Privacy Policies of these third-party ad servers for more detailed information. It may include their practices and instructions about how to opt-out of certain options.
5. CCPA Privacy Rights (Do Not Sell My Personal Information)
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California consumers have the right to request disclosure of categories and specific pieces of personal data collected, request deletion of personal data, and request that a business not sell the consumer’s personal data. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.

NexifyLabs does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13.
